TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

i. All MO / WMO who have completed two years attachment period at Teaching/Tertiary Institutions for Diploma
of Anesthesia will serve the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department in Secondary Level Health
Facilities i.e. DHQHs / THQHs of the province for at least 3 years.
ii. All MO / WMO who have completed two years attachment period at Teaching/Tertiary Institutions for Diploma
of Anesthesia will not apply or will not acquire "No Objection Certificate" to apply for FCPS (Anesthesia) &
MCPS (Anesthesia) or any other post-graduation in Anesthesia before completion of three years in Secondary
level health facilities of Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department.
 iii. All MO / WMO who have completed two years attachment period at Teaching/Tertiary Institutions for Diploma
of Anesthesia will not apply for any kind of leave (i.e. E.O.L/Eaned Leaves etc.) for study purpose before 3
Years.
iv. The Department shall reserve all the rights as per provision of law regarding transfer / posting.
v. All MO / WMO must report at their place of posting as mentioned above within 15 days of this notification.
vi. Chief Executive Officer / Medical Superintendents (THQ / DHQ) Hospitals shall utilize their services in the
Anesthesia Department till they pass their examination and receive their degrees. Once they receive their
degrees / PMDC certificates, the Department may post MOs / WMOs as Consultant Anesthetist on OPS basis
as per policy.
vii. All MO / WMO who have completed two years attachment period at Teaching/Tertiary Institutions for Diploma
of Anesthesia shall be placed in Anesthesia pool established in DHQ Hospitals of Primary and Secondary
Healthcare Department.
viii. Chief Executive Officer of concerned District Health Authority cannot transfer/post MO / WMO who have
completed two years attachment period of Diploma of Anesthesia at Teaching/Tertiary Institutions within the
district without permission of the Administrative Department.
