AIM:

The aim of the project is to provide a composite housing complex with


a requisite amenities and to create a comfortable atmosphere for a group of
industries, Factory workers.

To meet their shelter needs does not only to provide the required
among of dwelling units.

OBJECTIVES:

 Mass housing scheme to good standard of comfort convenience


aesthetics
 Decent living quarters, not to provide dream houses
 Tangible difference between anonymous mass housing and company
quarters
 Source of pride, incentive for employees.

SCOPES:

Due to increase of Industries which lies mostly in the outskirts of


the city, the employees of the industry prefer housing complex with basic
amenities near their work place itself. Hence there is tremendous scope for
such projects in near future.
