Gan : Hello, Halim. There will be a blood donation campaign at our community hall this Sunday.
Halim : Really? I shall inform my father about it. He is a regular donor.
Gan : How about your mother?
Halim : My mother cannot donate blood. She has been a diabetic after giving birth to me.
Gan : Why don’t we donate blood?
Halim : No, we can’t. Only those who are 18 years old and above are eligible to donate blood.
Why don’t ask your parents to come along on the day?
Gan : Both my parents cannot donate blood. They were diagnosed with high blood pressure
recently.
Halim : How about your brother? He is 20 years old, isn’t he?
Gan : He too can’t donate because he is underweight.
Halim : I will tell my father and will ask him to inform his friends to come along.
Gan : That is very nice of you. I’d better be going. Bye, Halim.
Halim : Me too. I am late for my badminton practice. Bye.
