ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

First and foremost praises and thanks to the God, the almighty for His showers of

blessings throughout my research work complete the research successfully.

I would like to express my deep and service gratitude to my subject research to Sir! Cesar

Bandojo professor and Head center for Practical Research 1 and specially to my beloved parents

as well Mr. and Mrs. Amin M. Barahim and Suraida S. Barahim the countless times you kept to

my friends and will not forget.

I am extremely grateful to my parents for their love prayers, caring and sacrifices for

education and preparing me for my future. I am very much thankful to my friends for their love,

understanding continuing support to complete this research work. For the keen interest shown to

complete this research successfully.

Finding

We all get sick from time to time. Wintertime, in particular brings with it colds and flus.

Infection is the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms in the body and the body’s response to

that.

Phothogenic microorganisms commonly called gams and bugs are all around us. They

can be easily transmitted from one person to another. Once they get pat your skin (your first line

of defence) they get into your body, your broadstream and your cells.

RRL.

Indigenous microorganisms are a group of innate microbial consortium that inhabits the

soil and the surfaces of all living things inside and outside which have the potentiality in

biodegradation, bioleaching biocomposting nitrogen fixation, improving soil fertility and as well

in the production of plant growth.

Method!

The relationship between the three domains (Bacteria Archaea and Eukaryota) is of

central importance for understanding the origin of life.

Microorganisms are very diverse. They include bacteria fungi, algae, and protozoa;

microscope plants, and animals. Single-celled microorganisms were the first forms of life to

develop on earth, approximately 3 billion-4 billion years ago.

The Gram stain characterizes bacteria based on the structural characteristics of their cell

walls.

There are some basic differences between bacteria, Archaea and Eukaryotes in cell

morphology and structure which aid in phenotypic classification and identification.

Question:

1. So what is Happening? Well all get sick from time to time. Winter time, in particular

brings with it colds and flus.

2. Why do we feel so terrible? In this article we look at the causes, symptoms, and

treatments for a person feeling sick all the time.

3. What is going on inside your bodies? Infection is the invasion of pathogenic disease

causing and the surfaces of the human body inside and out for example the skin, mouth

and intestines are covered in millions of individuals microorganisms that don’t do us any

harm. In fact they help to protect us form becoming infected with warmful microbes.

ABSTRACT:
“Microorganisms”
Microorganisms or microbe is a microscopic organism which may exist in its single-celled form
or in a colony of cells.
The possible existence of unseen microbal life was suspected from ancient times, such as in Fain
scriptness from 6th century BC India and the Ist century BC book on agriculture by Marcus
terentius varros. Microbiology the scientific study of microorganisms, began with their
observation under the microscope in the 1670’s by Antonie Van Leeuwenhoek. In the 1650’s
Louis Pasteur found that microorganisms caused food spoilage, debunking the theory of
spontaneous generation. In the 1880’s Robert Koch discovered that microorganisms caused
disease tuberculosis, cholera and anthrax. Domain system as Prokaryotes. The other being the
Eukaryotes. The third domain Eukaryota includes all multicellular organisms are microscopic,
namely micro-animals some fungi and some algae, but are these not discussed here. They live in
almost every habitat from the poles to the equator, deserts, geysers, rocks and the deep sea. Some
are adapted to extremes such as very hot or very cold conditions. Others to high pressure and a
few such as Deinococcus radioderans to high radiation environments. Microorganisms also make
up the microbiota found in and on all multicellular organisms. December 2017 report stated that
3.45 billion year old Australian rocks once contained microorganisms, the earthiest direct
evidence of life on earth. Microbes are important in human culture and health in many ways.
Serving to ferment foods, treat sewage, produce fuel, enzymes and other bioactives compounds.
They are essential tools in biology as models organisms and have been put to.
