Aldo Bontá

One of the most recognized Chilean guitarists of his generation. He has successfully
developed his career by performing on different stages in Latin America, North America and
Europe. His artistic work led him to obtain awards in recognized international guitar
competitions in Peru, Brazil, Argentina, USA, Romania among others.

He has perfected in master classes with teachers such as Anielo Desiderio (Italy), Joaquín Clerch
(Cuba), Jose Antionio Escobar (Chile) Fabio Zanon (Brazil) and The acclaimed guitarist and
Professor at the Mozarteum University Marco Tamayo (Cuba-Austria) who later he would
become his Master. Since 2014 he lives in Salzburg, Austria where he studied under the tutelage
of Master Tamayo, graduating with the bad high honors.

He is currently pursuing his studies at Gustav Mahler University in Klagenfurt and is teaching at
the Landesmusikschulwerk Oberösterreich.
