Department: Sales & Marketing

JOB SUMMARY

Purpose
Perform all matters related to Training/ Marketing of all categories and brands in the region by way of
execution and on the ground implementation

Primary Responsibilities

1 Ensure regional execution of training/ sessions, marketing events/ activities and representation
of the function in the region
- Deliver against specific region category targets and against specific KPIs :

a) Achieve sales and ABO leadership target

b) Conduct training and covering the assigned geography
c) Driving Productivity through planned session interventions in the cluster defined
b) Achieve COI target (profitability)
c) Ensure provision of enablers / support to ABOs
2 d) Deliver on strategic initiatives related and ensure market hygiene in specific category in
a region

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE

* or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience
Degree Field
MBA

Knowledge of Language – English & Hindi

Travelling – North India locations – 70% travelling role

Location – Jaipur, Rajasthan initially.
