 Annexure 1 – Steps to connect the building

Partner with us in bringing fiber direct to the homes of your residents and open the doors
to the future of digitally connected homes.

Let’s have a closer look at the keys steps that will lead us to provide JioGigaFiber
to your building.

Allow JioGigaFiber representative to survey and inspect site for JioGigaFiber

Site survey and deployment. This is to ensure that the path of deployment is optimized to your
design approval building with minimal disruption. Post the survey, review deployment plan and
provide your acceptance to JioGigaFiber network rollout.

Sign-off the Agreement and/or permission form to enable JioGigaFiber rollout

Agreement sign-off
in your premises and submit back to Jio representative.

Wiring and After the design approval and Agreement sign-off, JioGigaFiber
Installation representative shall commence wiring and installation in your premise as per
the scheduled date and time and will take your acceptance on the completion
of installation of hardware and equipment.

Service In this phase, JioGigaFiber representative completes wiring and installation

commencement inside residents’ home and they can now start enjoying the service.
 Annexure 2 – JioGigaFiberHub (Home Gateway)

JioGigaFiber connection comes with the JioGigaFiber Hub, a next generation device that
helps in bringing you the best Internet experience inside your home.

• Comes with - 3 Ultra High 1 Gbps Ethernet , 2 USB and 1 Voice port
• Lets you connect upto 40 devices at the same time and provides full control to
the user to manage connected devices on your Wi-Fi network
• Built-in with best of class features like-802.11ac Wi-Fi standard, 3x3 MIMO, dual
band operating simultaneously to provide enhanced coverage and upto 450
Mbps Wi-Fi throughput for superior experience.
• Next Generation gateway with integrated Media share support to play media
across devices seamlessly
 Annexure 3 – JioExtend

At times, within a house, we might experience that Wi-Fi coverage is not consistent in all
areas. This could be the result of too many walls; long corridors, interference from
neighboring WiFi Access points, etc. that prevents the signals from reaching everywhere
within the house.
Our power line communicator device (JioExtend) helps improve coverage inside the
house and lets you have the same great experience in your living room and the farthest
of rooms. The devices use the electrical circuit in your home to extend the signals into
every nook and corner of your home.

 Our Service Commitment

We are committed to ensuring a 24x7 service. JioGigaFiber is a fixed line connection;

unforeseen and accidental circumstances (e.g.: painters, plumbers, electricians etc. in
your building) can lead to temporary disconnection of the service. In such scenarios, we
would request you to permit us access into your building to restore your JioGigaFiber
service.

400021, India, CIN U72900MH2007PLC234712 (Jio). 2. Fair usage policy is applicable during the JioGigaFiber Preview Offer peri od. 3. The usage
of Jio applications shall be governed by separate terms and conditions of use and privacy policies as applicable, available on www.jio.com. 4.
JioGigaFiber Preview Offer is provided for a period of 90 days and thereafter commercial tariff plans offered by Jio and chosen by the subscriber
will be applicable. 5. The offer is subject to execution of Customer Application Form (CAF), and provision of internet services shall be governed
by the terms and conditions of CAF and privacy policy of Jio, as may be amended from time to time. 6. Internet services are only for the bonafide
exclusive use at the Subscriber’s premises. 7. Terms and conditions of the JioGigaFiber Preview Offer can be amended by Jio from time to time
or the offer can be withdrawn at any time at its discretion. 8. Payment of ₹ 4500/- to be made through Credit Card/Debit card or Paytm in favour
of ‘Reliance Retail Ltd.' towards refundable, non-interest bearing security deposit.
