Production Staff

A production staff is the group of technical staff who produce a play, television
show, recording, or film. Generally the term refers to all individuals responsible for the
technical aspects of creating of a particular product, regardless of where in the process
their expertize is required, or how long they are involved in the project. For example, in
a theatrical performance, the production team includes not only the running crew, but
also the theatrical producer, designers and theatre direction.
Stage Number

Stage managers typically provide practical and organizational support to the director,
actors, designers, stage crew and technicians throughout the production process. They
also are the director's representative during performances, making sure that the
production runs smoothly.
Set Designer

A set designer is in charge of designing and creating the sets that appear in films and
television programmes as well as in the theatre. The role involves working with and
communicating with directors, producers, costume designers and other members of staff.
Lighting Designer

A theatre lighting designer (or LD) works with the director, choreographer, set
designer, costume designer, and sound designer to create the lighting, atmosphere, and
time of day for the production in response to the text, while keeping in mind issues of
visibility, safety, and cost. The LD also works closely with the stage manager or show
control programming, if show control systems are used in that production.
Lighting Crew

Electrical lighting technicians (ELT) or simply lighting crew., are involved with
rigging stage and location sets and controlling artificial, electric lights for art and
entertainment venues (theatre or live music venues) or in video, television,
or film production.
Costume Designer

A costume designer is a person who designs costumes for a film, stage, production or
television. The role of the costume designer is to create the characters' outfits/costumes
and balance the scenes with texture and colour, etc.
Makeup Artist

Apply makeup to performers to reflect period, setting, and situation of their role
Choreographer

. A theatrical choreographer creates the dance elements in a play or musical, and often
teaches them to actors, singers, and dancers.
Playbill

A playbill usually includes a list of the cast and production crew. You can also call a playbill a
program.
Stage productions

produced from a written book or script. Theatrical productions also extend to other performance
designations such as Dramatic and Nondramatic theatre, as well as Dance theatre.
Stage Directions

and electrical equipment.

unfavorable circumstances.
Comedy

Comedy is a literary genre and a type of dramatic work that is amusing and satirical in its tone,
mostly having a cheerful ending. The motif of this dramatic work is triumph over unpleasant
circumstance by creating comic effects, resulting in a happy or successful conclusion.
