WELL MIRAJ-1 Rig Mari-3 28-1-2020

OBJECTIVE: P/up and RIH with Motor assembly.


 P/up and M/up 5’’ HWDP (18 joints) from ground. Drift and flush same. R/back 6 stands.
 P/U & M/up Tri-cone IADC : 447, Sr # RJ4606, GFS15PS, (Smith, 3x18 jets) with Mud Motor+ SlimPulse
MWD+UBHO+NMDC
 Align & Calculate tool face offset of Motor with MWD and UBHO for Gyro Orientation. (DD to ensure)
 Perform Shallow Hole Test MWD Tool @ 400 GPM on surface. (Call Company man)
 BHA Configuration : 8 ½’’ TC bit + Mud Motor (Stabilized) + Float sub + L.saver sub + Slimpulse (MWD) + UBHO
+ NMDC + 3 X 6 ½’’ DC’s + 18 X 5’’ HWDP’s + D.Jar + 15 x 5’’ HWDP’s
 RIH and fill the drill string every 15 stands
 Please ensure if you have complete stand to after reaching at +/- 4387 m.
 RIH to Top of Window at 4387m, Check the window with motor BHA. If pass through the window, then pick up
inside casing and run gyro on SLB W.line for motor orientation. Roll test for gyro will be perform at surface.
 POOH Gyro Tool to surface and lay down Gyro.
 Perform post run roll test for gyro.
 Pump HV Pill to clean out bottom by keeping 0.5 m off bottom until HV pill pass through jets.
 Commence drilling in slide mode +/- 7m.
 Wash up till Bottom of Window (i.e. 4391 m). Ream down to bottom and will clear the slide interval.
 Start Drilling in rotary mode of 3m
 Ream up and Ream down rotary interval of 3m
 Again, Drill in slide mode for 7m
 Wash up & Wash down 13 m
 Once MWD D & I sensor is 5 to 10m away from window, check shot will be recorded to confirm inclination.
 Take a check shot survey when UBHO reached out of window and take survey inside casing in same run.

Drill Bit M/up Torque = 12000-16000 ft. lb

Drilling parameters: will be advised by SLB Directional Driller
