To release production order in weaving dept. SAP Super User only click on flag button for releasing of
production order and no data is changed during this process.

Change Production Order

Purpose
The purpose of this activity to release production order

Prerequisites

Production order must be created

Trigger
Perform this procedure when there is need to release Production order.

Procedure

To execute the transaction for customer master data creation access the transaction by using
Transaction code CO02 in the Command Field and Press or ENTER.

Step 1: On Production order initial screen, maintain necessary data and press Enter.

Order Order Number which 10000002140

identifies a production order.

Step 2:After Enter, review the data and Click on flag icon at top left corner of
given screen to release the production order.

The message is displayed at left bottom of GUI “Release carried out (Please check log)”

Now Choose Save

Result
Production order 10000002140 released.
