In this article, Mayor Francisco “Isko moreno” Domagoso with the whole city government are planning to
construct a new halfway homes for cancer patients, which can help them to recover easily and minimize their own
expenses. These halfway homes will serves as temporary shelters that can help cancer patient while they are undergoing
medical treatments. The whole community of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila can also help the Manila City
Government to establish an effective health system for the city of Manila. aside from homes for cancer patients, they
are also planning to provide new facilities for diabetes patients, a center for Women’s wellness and vertical houses for
their employees.

The Manila City Government is viewing to raise halfway houses that will shelter all cancer patients, who are
still sufferring from their medical treatments. The acting Health officer of Manila City, Dr. Arnold Pangan, stated that
the construction of these halfway homes will help to enhance their health facilities. Pangan also said that theses serves
as the temporary homes of the cancer patients for the meantime. It will also help them to recover fast and easily nad
minimize their daily expenses such as transportation to go to the hospitals where t6hey need to do their traetments. Also,
the Manila City Government plans to construct new buildings and provide new facilities for diabetes patients and a
Women’s Wellness centers. He also added, that they are also planning to raise Super Health Centers and with Vertical
Housing to accommodate the government employees. Aside from the Manila Health officer, the president of the
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Noel Leyco, guaranteed that the importance of puvblic health care cate in schools.
The Manila City Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso, highlighted that the city gvernment will cooperate to
produce the best health care services for the people especially in Manila. He also elaborated that he is carefully,
assessing, governing, utilizing each and every data that will help these project to be more successfully built. Domagoso
aims to strengthens the hospitals’ capabilities and he also stated that it was their city’s dream to reestablish the dignity
of the health centers.

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno is planning to build a new haflway houses for the cancer patients. This house will
serve as a temporary home for the cancer patients, they will treat their needs. This also help for the people to lessen
their transportation expenses. Our manila government planned to include the diabetes patients and women's wellness
center. Mayor Isko wants to give the best health care facilities to our community.

government provide have this construction of halfway housed for the cancer patients. This will provide the treatment
they need to ease their recovery and they will have a lesser transportation expenses

Centers," (Dr. Pangan, 2020) They will transfer the patients at the Philippine General Hospital to this halfway houses.
The local government also planning to build new facilities to the diabetes patients and women's wellness center. Also
Mayor Isko Moreno said that the city government will have a mutual coorporation and have a assessment to provide
