Summary of Strengths and Areas of Possible Growth

Overall, I think I have a great rapport with our staff and students. I am outgoing so I like to spend my time
checking in with teachers to see if they need assistance in their classrooms or with their students. Having all
students in my class makes me a resource to other teachers who may need support creating strategies to help
their low performing students.

My biggest area of possible growth that I would like to focus on is reaching out into our local community to see
how I can better prepare my students for middle school. I would like to possibly go to a local conference or
observe another P.E. teacher in the area to see what my program is missing.
