Sub: Waiving off the Minimum Guaranteed Amount of Rs. 30,000 (Rs. Thirty Thousand
only) with effect from 1st January 2010.

Further to our discussion with the undersigned during his visit to Khaja Bhanda Nawaz
Teaching & General Hospital early this month, and your request regarding the minimum
guarantee amount, we are pleased to inform you of the following decisions of the
management.

 The management of Elbit Medical Diagnostics Limited has agreed NOT TO CLAIM
the minimum guarantee amount per month of Rs 30,000 (Rs. Thirty Thousands
only) per month with effect from 1st January 2010.
 Billing on Case by Case basis in the normal business terms per agreed prices.

May I take this opportunity to request you to RECONSIDER sending us the CT & MRI
cases for Tele Radiology reporting at Elbit Medical Diagnostics.

Ref: Invoice No: KBN /004/09-10 & KBN /005/09-10.

With reference to above subject, it pains us to bring to your notice that we are yet to
receive the payments for the above said invoices raised for Tele Radiology reporting
done for the months of September & October.

These bills were personally handed over to your esteemed self by the undersigned
during his visit early this month.

We sincerely request you to kindly arrange for the release of payments immediately and
oblige.
