Solution
• Build a reliable data service public network on top of WiFi
hotspot technology
• Slice and dice the costly broadband service of Kibo franchisee
(ISP) to resell it to large number of individual smartphone users
– Install fast and reliable WiFi systems in areas like colonies, societies
popular food joints, hangout places, hostels, etc.
• Kibo Franchisee will partner with small retail shops to sell the
data service plans – similar to prepaid mobile recharge
– Internet access in micro-plans (Rs 10 & 20)
