pronoun 3rd person singular: HE)

Ending in –TA/-TE Same

Ending in Consonant Same

Ending in –E Same

I.e. El niño-la niña; el pintor-la pintora; el estudiante- la estudiante; el joven-la joven...

Number change in Spanish for nouns and adjectives

Singular Plural

Ending in vowel Add an –S

Ending in consonant Add –ES

I.e. El niño- los niños; el pintor-los pintores…

Don’t forget that in Spanish the adjectives are ALWAYS in gender and number concordance
with the name they go with; this is, if the name is feminine plural, the adjectives that qualifies
that name will be in same gender (feminine) and same number (plural): LAS NIÑAS SON
RUBIAS/LOS NIÑOS SON RUBIOS/EL NIÑO ES RUBIO/LA NIÑA ES RUBIA.
