EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment agreement is made on this 1st April, of 2017 between Bir Al Karama Company

and

ELIYAS MIAH

Son of OSMAN GONI

Passport No BJ0835521

Profession Mason Helper.

Hereinafter called the Employee.

Wherein it is agreed as following terms and conditions of Employment:-

01. Duration of Service Contract : One & Half (1.5) Years and Renewable discussion by employee and
employer.

02. Monthly Salary : 450 USD per month according to 9hours/per day, 7days/per week. If,
working place in desert area: 50USD Plus =450+50=500USD.

03. Overtime Allowance : According to the Libyan and international Labor Law. After 08
hour it will be counted as 01HourX1.5=1.5Hours, Holiday will be counted 01HourX2.0=2.0Hours.

04. Accommodation and food : By the Company (Good environment).

05. Medical : First medical to be provided by the company.

06. Residence Visa : Residence visas shall be the responsibility of the company.

07. Working Uniform : Working uniform, shoe, safety belt, helmet, hand gloves, Maxus and
another working related tool provide by Contractor Company.

08. Vacation Period : Every 12 month after employee will get vacation 01 month with salary.
This time employee can go their native land or stay in Libya but all expenses bear by employer and also
provide one way air ticket in economic class.

09. Provision Period : The first 03month of employment will be a probationary period,
during which the Employee’s performance will be monitored. The probationary period may be extended
by the Employer. During the probationary period this employment may be terminated by either party
giving four week’s notice to the other in writing.

10. Absences due to sickness or injury : In the event of incapacity due to sickness or injury the
Employee must advise [Responsible manager] not later than [Time to report sick] on the first day of
absence. Full reasons must be given at this time.

If the Employee is absent for seven days or less, he/she shall immediately on returning to work complete
a self-certification form in respect of each day of absence.

If the Employee is absent for more than seven days, he/she must on the eighth day of absence provide the
Employer with a medical certificate from a General Practitioner stating the reason for absence and
provide subsequent certificates to cover any subsequent periods of absence.

11. Confidentiality : The Employee may not either during or at any time after the
termination of his/her employment with the Employer disclose to anyone other than in the proper course
of his/her employment, any information of a confidential nature relating to the Employer, the Employer’s
customers or suppliers and shall further not use any such information in a manner which may either
directly or indirectly cause loss to the Employer.

12. Health and safety : The Employer has a detailed health and safety policy a copy of which is
available from [Information provider/Reference document].The Employee is required to read the policy
and take all necessary steps to comply. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action and, in serious
cases, dismissal

13. Resignation : Should you wish to resign your employment with Company, you
will be required to provide Number (XX) weeks’ written notice to enable us transition your work.

14. Termination : Company may terminate your employment at any time for cause. After
the end of your probationary period, Company may terminate your employment without cause at any

time by providing you with the minimum notice, or pay in lieu of such notice, and any severance pay
required by the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and no more.

15. Insurance Coverage : According to the Libyan Labor Law, coverage by employer.

16. All local taxes and other government fees will be paid by employer.

17. In case of death, the body would be sent to worker native country by employer that’s employer will
pay 2500USD to employee family as compensation.

18. In future settlement : If anything is not mentioned here that will be settled as per Local
Libyan labor law & International Labor law.
