11:45am Call-time in SHS Choir Room

Concert Band Performance Attire:

Jazz Band should wear JH Black Polo Shirts…same as Concert Band
All instrument cases, coats, etc. must be placed in the Choir Room.
The Band Room is off limits as of 12:00pm

12:00pm Sherrard JH Concert Band Report to Choir Room

12:30pm Sherrard JH Concert Band Warm-up – in Gym #1

1:00pm Sherrard JH Concert Band Performance – in SHS Gym #1

1:30pm All students report to areas to work the event

We are hosting this year and are responsible to help work the event.

3:50pm Sherrard JH Jazz Band Report to Choir Room

4:00pm Sherrard JH Jazz Band Warm-up – in Band Room

4:30pm Sherrard JH Jazz Band Performance – in SHS Gym #1

5:00pm All students report to areas to work the event

We are hosting this year and are responsible to help work the event.

TBA Dinner provided by Sherrard Music Boosters.

8:00pm EVERYONE helps clean up.

Once everything is clean, students are dismissed.
