Congratulations! This is to inform your NIPER JEE 2018 Rank for M.S. (Pharm.)/M.Pharm./M.Tech.(Pharm.) admission of 2018‐
2020 Batch. Final admission would be given during counseling session depending on your merit rank and availability of
seats at different NIPERs.

 The candidates will be required to submit the following documents in original and one set of self attested
photocopies of these certificates at the time of counselling/ group discussion and interview, failing which, the
candidature shall be summarily rejected:

5. GPAT/GATE/NET score card, wherever applicable.
6. Attested copy of Aadhar Card.
7. Medical Certificate to be provided in the form given at Annexure‐1.
Sponsorship certificate from the employer in case of Government/Industry sponsored candidates as per form attached
