1: Should Marian quit?

Answer: Yes Marian should quit.

2: Are her co-workers correct in their evaluation?

Answer: No, Marian co-workers are bias and racist thus their evaluation were baseless.

3: Should Marian confront the co-workers?

Answer: Yes, Marian should confront the co-workers to justify her value.

4: Should Marian file a discrimination suit?

Answer: it depends on whether Marian want to file a discrimination suit or not, in this case Marian
can choose not to file any suit to them as Marian could just leave the company.

5: Should Marian go to the supervisor?

Answer: yes Marian should go to the supervisor to seek further discussion or advise.

Answer: Marian could also ignore the issues and focus on her work.

Answer: yes the company is being fair by helping Fred receiving his treatment.

Answer: yes, the director behave ethically toward Fred.

4: Did Fred act ethically for his company?

Answer: no Fred, did not behave ethically for his company.

5: Would it be fair to other employees to reinstate Fred?

Answer: its depend on situations but for my opinion it would not be fair.
