Sweet Mack Food Bazzar

A. Merchandising Process
We all have different ideas on how we will be going to make our chosen products and
how we will be going to handle and manage our business. Thinking wisely can help the
business to become more productive and creative in a unique way. Here are the
procedures on how we will be going to make our products.

Hotcake Procedure

 Sift flour, sugar and baking powder into a large bowl. Mix it thoroughly.
 Add milk, egg, oil (melted butter) and salt. Beat slowly until all the ingredients are smoothly
blended.
 Grease the frying pan with atleast 1 tablespoon of oil. Heat up in the low fire
 Pour ¼ cup of mixture on the frying pan.
 Cook it and it is ready to serve.

French Fries Procedure

 Peel the potatoes ad cut potato lengthwise into 4 or 5 pieces then cut each pieces into sticks.
 When the fries is ready, drain the water and lay the potatoes on 2 baking sheets lived with
paper towels.
 Heat a few inches of vegestable all to 300 degrees F in a heavy pot. Fry the potatoes about to 5
minutes per batch.
 Remove from the oil and drain on fresh paper towels and lastly sprinkles the fries with salt and
dive in with ketchup with mayonnaise mixture.

Palitaw

 Knead the rice flour and water in a mixing bowl to make a smooth dough that has together and
separates cleanly from the bowl. With floured hands, pinch off about 1 -1/2 tablespoons of the
dough, roll into a ball and flatten into a patty about 2 -3 inches in diameter and about ¼ inch
thick.
 Set aside on a dry plate and repeat with the heat of the dough
 Place grated coconut in a bowl. Mix with sugar and toasted sesame seeds from a separate bowl
and scoop them out with a wire mesh skimmer and drain.
 Roll the dumplings in coconut and then sprinkle with sugar and toasted sesame seeds serve
warm or at room temperature.

The Ice Candy will be made by one of the member/staffs of Sweet Mack Food Bazar and also the
Buko juice. Sweet Mack Food Bazar also have Banana Chips and here are the following
procedures.
Banana Chips Procedure

 Pre-heat the oven to 175-200 degrees F/80 – 95 ®C


 Remove the banana peel
 Arrange the slices across the baking sheet
 Slice the banana into even sheet
 Leave the water for 10 minutes and heat the oil
 Repeat until all slices have been fried and drainit is ready to serve.

B. Store Management
Sweet Mack Food Bazzare has 9 members, each member will be assigned accordingly to
their respective designation. We have Chinley Isaga, and Angel Bunao as the manager.
Angel Lucin as the cashier, Mark Louie Annetts and Alex Morales as the cook. Angel
Bunao and Marlyn Cortel are assign to serve and to entertain the customers. Cherry
Sandoval is assigned to clean the surroundings. Bianca Balbuera is assigned to wash the
dishes and Evan Conato will be the errand boy.

C. Product Acquisition
We will make sure that our products will be popular in taste to our costumer. Some of
our product will be home made and some of them are found in the store. Our product is
inspired by Filipino food and some of its ingredients are found only in our
place/surroundings. And we will make the best result products out of it.
