Gitarattan International Business School (giBS) was established in the
year 2004. The Institute is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha
University, Delhi and is approved by All India Council for Technical
Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, and Government of India for
technical programmes and Bar Council of India for Law programmes.
GIBS is currently offering Post graduate programmes viz. MBA (I & II

. Thereis no registration fee for participation.
. For on-the-spot registration, the registration shall close one hour before
the scheduled time of the event.
. On the spot registration will be open only for events where maximum
permissible entries are not met or if there is any cancellation by any pre-
registered team.
Late entries will not be allowed.
. All the accompanists and participants shall carry valid identity card of
their respective institute along with a photo id-proof else they will not be
allowed to participate in the concerned event.
. All the final participants are required to get themselves registered; else,
they will not be entertained.
Props, dresses, stationery, special equipment, instruments etc. will not
be provided by the Institute and will not be compensated for as well. It
will be the sole responsibility of the participant/participating team.
8. The decision of the Judges shall be final and binding.
. Institute will not be responsible for loss of any personal belongings of
the participants.
. Any participants found involved in the acts of indiscipline or misconduct
shall be liable for disciplinary action.
. Results shall be declared during the closing ceremony of ZENITH 2020
followed by distribution of Prize & participation certificates.
. First & Second Position Holders of each event shall be awarded Prize
(Kind / Cash) & Merit Certificate. All Participants shall be given
Participation Certificate.
. Performance sequence of events will be based on first cum first basis.

Inthis event, each team is to prepare two items-one drink and one salad /snacks.

Participant will have to bring their songin pen - drive.

What type of props you are using should be informed earlier. Props related to fire will be
prohibited.

Judgment Criteria’s: Player who will complete the game in minimum time will be the winner

Students will get a Minute to Win It.
In this event the participants are to complete the small challenges such as put a thread in the
needle, defying gravity, baby blocking game etc. ina minute.
There will be one game to be played. The player who will complete the game in minimum time
will be the winner,
There should not be any discussions or use of unfair means.
Individual players have to show their points to the event coordinator.
Maximum number of participants for the event should not be more than thirty.
There will be three levels. Elimination is based on the basis of 50 % of the total participant in
each round

FACE PAINTING
RULES FOR FACE PAINTINGS:
Team size: 2-3Members per team
Max teams allowed:35
Time Limit: 45 minutes.
Judgment Criteria’s: Impact on first glance, designing, neatness, idea/Theme justification

Theme will be given on the spot.
Inthis event, one team member is to make painting on the face of other team member on a given
theme

Painting is to be done by brushes, paints and sponge. Candidates have to carry their own
material
The painting should not extend below the neck (however neck may be included).
No external help like internet is allowed during the event.

NUKKAD NAATAK (STREET PLAY)
RULES FOR NUKKAD NAATAK:

Judgment Criteria’s: Script(Dialogues), Social Message, Direction and acting, Connectivity
Other guidelines
Play should be in Hindi only.
Play should revolve around social cause or convey any social message.
Each member ofa team should perform in the act.

Props should be arranged by the participants.

Onthe spota topic will be given to participants
The content must be original and must not have been previously delivered by other contestants.
A time period of 5 minutes will be given to the participant for thinking on points he needs to
elaborate and just one minute will be given to speak on his/her topic
Once a participant picks up a chit, he/she will not be allowed to use his phone or talk to any other
member,
The medium of communication will be English/Hindi.
The contestant has to speak continuously without any pause or repetition of a word for 60
seconds
In case of any discrepancy, argument or confusion, the decision of the judges will be considered
as final.
Any involvementin malpractice during the rounds will ead to immediate disqualification
Crossing one minute or finishing before the bell rings will lead to negative marking,
). Speaker who uses obscene or vulgar language will be disqualified.

The language and dialect to be used in the battle is either English, Hindi , Haryanvi, Punjabi.
Singing part should be minimum, and rapping part should be maximum.
Background Music is allowed.

Other guidelines
Maximum 10 teams will be registered on FIRST CUM FIRST SERVE BASIS.
Clues will be hidden, which have to be found and treasure is to be found in the shortest time.
Point value will be assigned for each clue that is found during the treasure hunt.
Teams should pick up only one copy of the clue at each location
Ifany team that tries to physically obstruct the hunt for the other teams, it would be disqualified.
Outside help is not permitted during the treasure hunt.

etc. Is allowed.
The participants need to bring their own waste material. Use of partial, whole or readymade
model and any other unfair means will directly lead to disqualification
The recycled products should be useful
Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

Alldance forms are allowed.
CD's should be properly tagged with the song name, participant name.
Time limit for the performance should be 5-6 minutes. In case of exceeding the time limit,
negative marking will take place.
Teams have to bring their own props and costume.
Teams have to report 02 hours before the event time.
Sequence of performance will be based on first come first basis.
Separate green rooms will be provided for girls and boys.

There will be three rounds: Introduction followed by Ramp Walk, Talent Round and Question -
Answer round.
In the first round, each participant has to give his or her introduction in 2 minute, along with
ramp walk.
There will be elimination after first round. Best 10 in each category (Female & Male) will be
selected for second round.
In second round, participants have to show their talent. There will be elimination again after
second round. Best 5 in each category will be selected for final round.
Third round will be question—answer round
