First Edition
Your Reparadigming Journal is designed to remind you of
who you are, what your purpose is, and how to express
your purpose to experience true fulfillment.
THE SIX LAWS
OF CONSCIOUS
CREATION

1. The Law of Attraction

You attract into your life what you think about most. Your dominant and
persistent thoughts eventually manifest as physical reality.

2. The Law of Purpose

Your desires and actions must be manifestations of your True Self to achieve
your highest potential. Your True Self embodies the highest, most accurate
truth from which you can create at your greatest potential. Conscious Cre-
ators know whom they are and what they were born to accomplish.
2 KR IS K ROHN

3. The Law of Choice and Accountability

Your perception of reality is a choice, not a condition, and your experience
is your creation, whether you realize it or not. The more accountability you
take for your reality, the greater power you have to change it.

4. The Law of Alignment

Everything you think, say, and do must be in alignment with what you want
to manifest. The more closely your beliefs are aligned with truth, the greater
power you have to manifest your creations.

5. The Law of Faith

Conscious Creators work with complete faith that they can manifest their
desires, and they act on that faith with courage, despite having little or no
evidence from their past accomplishments.

6. The Law of Gestation

There is a natural gestation period for all acts of creation; the greater the
goal, the longer the gestation period.
EXERCISE 1:
PURPOSE FINDER

“The thing is to understand myself, to see what God really wants me to

do… to find the idea for which I can live and die.”
—Sorën Kierkegaard

The following exercise helps you discover who you are so you can live your
True Purpose with power, passion, integrity, and consistency. Answer the
following questions as thoroughly as possible.

11 Powerful Questions for Finding Your Purpose

1. What activities come totally natural to you?
4 KR IS K ROHN

2. What activities feed your energy and make you feel like you could
do them all day?

3. What activities make you feel like you’re making a profound differ-
ence for others?

4. What thoughts, feelings, and activities bring you the most inner
peace?

5. Who are the types of people you love to serve and why?
T HE C O N S C I O U S C R EATO R 5

6. How do you express your passion, gifts, and purpose? Examples

could include public speaking, writing, painting or other visual art,
dancing, music, coaching, etc.

7. What would you spend your time doing on a daily basis if money
were no concern?

8. How can you use your strengths in greatest service to yourself, your
family, your community, and the world?

9. How can you get paid to do what you love?

6 KR IS K ROHN

10. If you were guaranteed to succeed, what’s the #1 thing you would
do?

11. What is it that you and only you can do for the world?

Once you’ve answered the questions above, write down your True Purpose
in one to three sentences, as concisely and powerfully as possible.

My True Purpose is…

EXERCISE 2:
VISION PLAN

Knowing your purpose gives you a compass. But you still need the map
of vision to guide your decisions. Having a clear, detailed, and compelling
vision activates the Law of Attraction by transmitting to the universe what
you want to attract.
In the previous exercise, you learned who you are. Now write down
what you intend to do with that knowledge. In other words, project your
gifts into future actions and accomplishments.
In the space below, write down your vision of your ideal life with as
much vivid detail as possible. Use the following questions to help:

If you were living your ideal life, what would it look and feel like?
8 KR IS K ROHN

What would you be doing as a career?

How would you spend your time?

How would you spend your money?

Who would you be serving?

Where would you live?

T HE C O N S C I O U S C R EATO R 9

What would your family be like?

Who would your friends be?

What kind of person would you be?

What does your ideal day look like? When do you get up? What do
you do? With whom? For whom?

What do you want to be remembered for?

10 KR IS K ROHN

What would you like people to say about you at your funeral?

What is the highest and best use of your talents, skills, knowledge,
passion, and values?

My vision of my ideal life:

EXERCISE 3:
THE BELIEF BREAK-
THROUGH PRO CESS

The Belief Breakthrough Process helps you recognize your false and lim-
iting beliefs and replace and reinforce them with true and empowering
beliefs, so you can manifest with greater power and speed.
As a creator, you get to decide what you believe. Sometimes we uncon-
sciously chose beliefs that limit and hurt us. As a Conscious Creator, use
the belief breakthrough process to examine your beliefs and uproot the ones
that do not serve you. When you choose a belief system that empowers you
to manifest your purpose, you become fulfilled.
12 KR IS K ROHN

Step 1: Recognize Your Limiting Beliefs

Recognize and record any negative emotions
to discover your limiting beliefs.

The following emotions are clear indicators that some aspect of your life is
misaligned, or that you hold a false belief. For the next month, write down
every time you feel any of these. Then meditate and ponder to identify how
you may be misaligned. Write down the source of misalignment.

t Fear t A sense of being disheartened

t Anger or unmotivated
t A feeling of being victimized t Guilt, shame
t A sense of being imprisoned, t Jealousy, envy, resentfulness
inhibited, restricted, trapped, t Depression, despair, misery
controlled t Uncertainty about choices
t Helplessness, powerlessness and desires, indecision
t Defensiveness t Addiction
t Frustration, stress t Cynicism, pessimism
t Confusion, a feeling of direc- t A feeling of inferiority
tionless, dissatisfaction t A feeling of being rejected,
t A sense of defeat, unloved
disempowerment, t Embarrassment
T HE C O N S C I O U S C R EATO R 13

Keep this journal with you at all times. Any time you catch yourself think-
ing negative and limiting thoughts, write them down immediately. Pull
those weeds up at their roots from the depths of your subconscious mind.
Then explore them and try to identify the false assumptions and beliefs
underlying them.
Write those false beliefs down as concisely as possible. Write down
how they manifest in your actions. Analyze how they hinder you. Dig deep
into your past to identify the point of origin where you took on the beliefs.

RECOGNIZE

A. Discovering:

a. What is the negative emotion you are feeling?

b. When was the first time you felt this way?
c. What happened?
d. What did you decide about yourself?

B. Investigating:

a. How does this belief manifest in your life?

b. How does this belief limit your results?
c. How does this belief make you feel?
d. Do you want this limiting belief to be your truth?

C. Identifying:

a. Clearly state the limiting belief:

14 KR IS K ROHN

Step 2: Replace Your Limiting Beliefs with Higher Truths

Exchange your old limiting belief and, as a Conscious Creator, choose a
higher truth that will serve you and your purpose better.

Once you have a clearly defined false belief in front of you, the next step
is to create a replacement “manifesto,” which is a declaration of intentions,
opinions, objectives, or motives. A replacement manifesto is specifically
designed to attack that false belief and replace it with one that is in align-
ment with what you want to create.
Write down your false beliefs from the previous exercise. Then write
down replacement manifestos to correspond with each. Do this with every
false belief you identify.

Step 3: Reinforce Your New Truths

Journal and recite all your new truths until you own them and extin-
guish the old, limiting beliefs.

Once you have your reprogrammed beliefs, your next step is to reinforce
them by repeating your manifestos at least three times a day, out loud, for at
least thirty days. The new beliefs will start crowding out the old.
Think of this like deep ruts in a dirt road. They’re created over the
years as thousands of cars drive over them. It rains and they get muddy,
and the ruts get even deeper. Thoughts, beliefs, and habits are no different.
The longer and deeper we’ve held a belief, the harder it is to break it. You
have to choose a different track to drive on and create a new path for your
thoughts to travel.
Write down your new belief manifestos below, then read them out loud
three times a day for a minimum of thirty days:
