5) To settle the taxes with City Government of Manila and Bureau of Internal Revenue.

6) To transact the transfer of title to the potential buyer including the payment of Capital Gain Tax (CGT),
and Doc Stamps. Getting of the E-CAR at BIR and process of actual transfer of the Certificate of title at
Registry of Deeds and Land Registration Authority.

7) To allow to process the new tax declaration of the transferring of title in the City of Manila.

8) This Irrevocable Exclusive Special Power of Attorney shall expire two (2) years from the date of signing
of this document.
