of the Philippines, Cebu Chapter, respectfully state that:

1. Petitioner is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-

Cebu Chapter;
2. Petitioner does not have any outstanding financial liability with
the IBP-Cebu Chapter;
3. Petitioner is known to the IBP-Cebu Chapter to possess good
moral character and we hereby support her application for the
issuance of a notarial commission in her favour;
