3.1 Lunch box catering concept I suggested trend of healthy, fresh and delicious food (wide of salad
choices, energy and nutri-food recipes). I already discuss with chef about this concept but the some
limits of kitchen capacity of preparation. There is only short menu of the week of 5 to 7 items. Please
see attached concept file for details.

The content of letter have been drafted. I will design better form of letter on Wednesday. Please see
