VICTIM CAME TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE TO REPORT BEING HARASSED ON FACEBOOK. THE NAME ON THE
ACCOUNT IS RANDALL CARSON AND THE FACEBOOK ADDRESS IS WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/RANDALL.CARSON.79.
THE
ACCOUNT SHOWS A BIRTHDAY ON 06/13/1982. KING REPORTS THAT SHE DOES NOT KNOW THE INDIVIDUAL
NARRATIVE

BEHIND THE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT BUT THIS PERSON HAS MADE SEVERAL ATTACKS ON HER AND PUBLIC
OFFICIALS IN LIMESTONE COUNTY. ON DECEMBER 24TH, 2019 THE ATHENS NEWS COURIER POSTED A STORY
ABOUT LADON TOWNSEND AND THE DISTRICT 4 ELECTION. "RANDALL CARSON" POSTED IN THE COMMENTS AND
STARTED TO ARGUE WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE. AT ONE POINT HE ASKED TO MEET KING AT THE SHERIFF'S
OFFICE AND SHE DID NOT DO SO. HE THEN POSTED THAT SHE DID NOT SHOW UP AND STATED HE WAS READY
FOR HER AND POSTED A PHOTO OF A MAN HOLDING UP A FIST AND A GUN. KING WAS ALARMED BY THE POST
AS WERE SEVERAL OTHERS THAT SAW THE POST AND SHE FEARS THAT WHOEVER IS BEHIND THE FAKE
FACEBOOK ACCOUNT COULD BE DANGEROUS. THE PERSON EVEN POSTED PICTURES AT THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
WHERE HE WAS WAITING TO MEET KING. THE TIME STAMP ON THE PHOTOS IS 12/24/19 AT 11:16. THE

BECAUSE THE OFFENDER TOOK PHOTOS OF THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE BUILDING DURING THE COURSE OF
HARASSING THE VICTIM AND OTHERS, I PULLED THE VIDEO FROM THAT DAY. I WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE
THAT THE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN EARLIER IN THE DAY THAN AT 11:16 MT BECAUSE THE SHADOW FROM THE
BUILDING DID NOT MATCH THE PICTURES POSTED. I THEN FOUND THAT THE SHADOW MATCHED THE PHOTOS
NARRATIVE

AROUND 9:20 MT. AT 9:21:41 MT A 2015 WHITE CHEVY COLORADO PULLED INTO THE PARKING LOT AND TOOK
THE PHOTOS THAT WERE POSTED TO FACEBOOK. THE DRIVER AND ONLY OCCUPANT OF THE VEHICLE APPEARED
TO BE JACKIE MARK YARBROUGH, THE FORMER LIMESTONE COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN. I NOTED THAT THE
TRUCK WAS A WORK TRUCK MODEL WITH SPECIFIC WORK TRUCK RIMS. I WENT TO CHAMPION CHEVROLET TO

THE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN EARLIER IN THE DAY THAN AT 11:16 MT BECAUSE THE SHADOW FROM THE BUILDING
