Dear Mr. Emerson:

I live in Apartment #3 at 121 River Road. I am writing because there is a problem with the
heating system. The heater doesn't work very well and takes a long time to heat the
apartment. According to my lease, the heater and other utilities are supposed to work. Can
you please fix the heater as soon as possible? You have always been very helpful in the
past, and I appreciate your help.
