Dear Mr./Ms. Dela Torre:

Warm greetings!

College of Education Organization, hopes to hold our first Southern Festival of the year
on March 15, 2020. For over a year the College of Nursing Avr rooms has graciously
allowed us the use of the Avr Room for our meetings.

I am writing this letter if the agreement can be renewed for 2020 and to inquire about
the availability of the AVR room this Febuary 17- 21, 2020 at 1 pm to 5 pm. And the
requirements for processing it.

We have found that the AVR room to be most fit for our activity since it has all the
necessary facilities. We would require making use of the furniture such as tables and
chairs, along with the projector and the available sound system. Assure you to maintain
the venue in good condition during the activity. We have a caterer to manage the
refreshments and lunch .

The team is looking forward for your response on this, so that we can go ahead with the rest
of the plans. The team will highly appreciate if you allow this event to take place in the
College of Nursing Avr
