This is to certify that the above work has been completed satisfactorily according to the
Agreed plan estimate and specification. The defects identified during construction have been
corrected satisfactorily.

The defects liability period commences from 2018.12.12 and is valid till 2019.12.11 (365 days)
Any defects identified by the client during the defects liability period will be informed to
contractor in writing to enable the contractor to attend the defects.
