1.0 PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is provided to guidelines for installation of CCTV camera foundation and junction box foundation
will be installed as per OOCEP approved drawings, standards and specific as per civil work in at Abutubul block -60.

2.0 SCOPE
This method statement explains the procedure and the guideline for the installation of installation of CCTV camera foundation
and junction box foundation as per OOCEP Requirement.
3.0 REFERENCE DOCUMENTS
 Engineering documents prepared as a part of the Project
4.0 RESPONSIBILITY
 Permit Holder and Site Engineer:-
1. Responsibility includes preparation of permit requires for the work.
2. Safe execution of complete activity, confirming the underground utilities before start the excavation.
3. Assigning work crew, sequence of activities to be carried out as per this method statement.

4. Receive the approved drawing for work.
5. Review the scope of work and drawing.
6. Safe execution of complete activity, identifying the location of foundation as per the approved drawings,
7. Understanding the materials required, sequence of activities to be carried out as per this method statement, ensure qualified
persons do the work.
8. HSE meeting prior to start of work, conduct tool box meeting.

 Site manager and QC Inspector:-


1. Responsibilities includes inspection of the works, stage inspection.
2. Assurance of quality of work as per specifications and execution procedures.
3. Incoming material inspection and test certificate review,
4. TTS to be submitted to OOCEP QC prior the material inspection and approval.
5. RFI shall be raised with 24 hour notice to OOCEP QC prior to the start the activity. QA/QC inspector of Steamtech shall be
available at site to ensure the quality of the job.
6. Ensure relevant permits applied and obtained prior to the commencement of the work, assigning competent work force,
organizing tools, equipment, materials & consumables, inspection of all works at site.
5.0 Site Establishment:-
Site Establishment was executed as per approved method statement.

6.0 Material Delivery :-
All material delivered from store yard to site location. All material will be inspected and approved by client before installation as per quality control
procedures.

7.0 Earthworks:-
Clearing areas of all grass, weeds, shrubs, debris, including grubbing up all roots and cart away all vegetation and debris to indicated spoil areas.
Once the clearing is completed the setting out will be carried out by the qualified Surveyor, according to the coordinates on the drawings prior to any
excavation commences. All excavations work will be performed in accordance with method and specification. Tipper trucks will be used to transport
the top soil to the area of the stock pile. Compaction and backfill to be carried out to the specifics according to the inspection test method.

8.0 TOOLS REQUIRED FOR THE ACTIVITY

9.0 Preparation of installation of cctv camera and junction foundation


Once the earthwork is completed, inspected and approved the preparation of installation of cctv camera and junction foundation will commence.
All employees will be doing the preparation by hand and full PPE will be worn at all times

10.0 Casting of blinding concrete - site mix


• Before concrete is cast inspections will take place by a competent person.
• Site mix will be done by mixer machine on site with a POD that will be used by the employees.
• The casting of the concrete will be done direct from the site mix mixer machine by the use of the shoot; in case a wheelbarrow is needed it will be
available on site. It will be inspected on a daily basis.

11.0 PRE-REQUISITE
 Sleeper foundation to be installed.
 Availability of required cable trays & support materials at the site.
 Get the Permit to work from the client.
 Approved drawing.

12.0 PROCEDURE
 Marking of the area with the help of drawings and check the underground utilities.
 Excavation by back hoe loader, if utilities is there start the excavation by manually
 Level the ground surface area with required compaction.
 Make access for excavation pit for concrete procedure.
 Adequate curing for concrete work.
 Transportation of cctv camera foundation and junction box foundation from yard to site with the help of HAIB
 Rigger need to check the all tools and tackles before lifting.
 Need to be use the guide rope for direction

13.0 RECORDS
 All reports confirming to check list and final acceptance.

∆ As built drawing shall be prepared and submitted to OOCEP.
