PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have currently completed my undergraduate degree in Informatics and Computer Science at
Strathmore University.
I am industrious, innovative and trustworthy and I am also seeking work that will build on the
foundation that is technology and my current skills.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Voluntary work:
2013-2015: Starehe Walk and Mater heart Run
While still in high school, I took part in the charity runs and also went out of my way to raise
the most I could to help these particular charities.
2016: Motherly Care children’s home
I volunteered as a help to set up a Christmas service for the children and also the other
helpers of the home.
We also served lunch to them and set up a mini-concert in the afternoon.
2018: KSPCA
For my community based attachment, I worked at the Kenya society for the protection and
care of animals for a period of six weeks. My main responsibility was cleaning and looking
after the rescued animals which included cats, dogs, rabbits and horses.
2019: Brookside Dairy Limited
I managed to complete an eight-week attachment program at the Brookside Dairy Limited
located in Ruiru, Nairobi. I mainly learned and was able to help with managing data of
customers and their transactions in the company’s system.

I was the secretary of Nairobi South Church Ambassadors. I also help in organizing the
various functions meant for the fellow youth of the church.

SKILLS, ACTIVITIS AND INTEREST

Skills: Programming with Java, C++, C, PHP, HTML, CSS, Laravel Framework, Django
Framework, python and JavaScript. Knowledge on databases for example MySQL, Postges
and Firebase. Furthermore I am well conversant with the following applications Microsoft
word, excel, PowerPoint and Access, Microsoft Visual Studio, Sublime Text, NetBeans,
Postgres, Localhost, Android Studio, Arduino, Oracle VM VirtualBox, Cisco Packet Tracer,
Postman, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Inskape, Pycharm and Intellij. Various search
engines like chrome, torch and opera mini, mathematical applications such as Tora and PQM.
Language: I speak Kiswahili, English and Spanish
Interest: Developing web applications and android applications, software engineering,
working with databases.
