Ltd ‘As discussed on telecall between you and Mr. Prateek on Wednesday, | would like to brief you about the issue which we are facing in the work undertaken by us at Mansanipally, Maheshwaram, The work of 1116 houses of 2BHK housing in Cellar+Stith+9 pattem was alloted to Arrow Constructions Limited (ACL) from GHMC vide Agreement No:18/SE-I(H)(GHMC/2018-19;Dt:17.01.2019. The original place of work was at Gatupally village Sy.no. 13/2 Maheshwaram and before commencement it ‘was shifted to Mansanipally village Sy.no. 140/2. Maheshwaram. ‘Samsara Buildtech Private Limited (SBPL) has taken the complete work on back to back basis with escrow account from Arrow Constructions Limited and for the same SBPL has paid a third party Bank Guarantee of Rupees 84 Lacs (approx) to GHMC on behalf of ACL. For the said dealing, SBPL and ACL have entered into an agreement which was executed on November ‘4th, 2018 and amended on June 12, 2019, ‘SBPL had commenced the work on the Mansanipally site in December 2018 and have already expended Rs 2.60 crore (including the 8G amount) for mobiisation, site setup, staff recruitment etc and have also executed work of Rs. 1.5 crore til June 2019. (On June 21, 2019 GHMC had sent a Stop Work Letter (attached herewith) to ACL for the said work citing a contempt case vide letter number SONEEIHOUSING-IV/SEC/2019. From the said date til today there is no proper reason being shared either with ACL or SBPL of what is the status of the ‘contempt notice, even there is no clarity of when the case is to be heard by the court. The communication done from ACL to GHMC and the reply received from GHMC is also attached herewith for your reference. One of a representative of SBPL is folowing up regularly with GHMC officials but they are just informing him that the matter will be resolved. We need your help to guide us on how to move ahead with the issue.
