1- Why we got 4 readings in 100G fiber connection:

Ok as you can see from bellow figure that to reach 100G capacity we need to cut it to 4 different
wave lengths each can carry up to 25G.

2- What is the threshold Reading for 100G:

For Tx: 2.81000 mW (4.48706 dBm) till 0.37000 mW (-4.31798 dBm)
For Rx: 2.81830 mW (4.49987 dBm) till 0.08710 mW (-10.59982 dBm)

3- How we can calculate that Total dBm reading:

Well in case we got only reading per wavelength and not the total reading as in junipers router
and some cisco router we will have to get the reading with mw for each wave length as in
bellow sample:

You can see that we have 4 readings with mW (milliWatt) which is (0.82100 mW & 0.74000 mW
& 0.69990 mW & 0.45910 mW) for Rx
So to get that total Rx we will do the following:
Total Rx mw= 0.82100 + 0.74000 + 0.69990 + 0.45910 = 2.7 mW
Then to get value in dBm will use this equation (dBm=10*logP where P = power
in milliWatts.)
So in our case dBm = 10*log2.7= 4.31 dBm

Another Alternative and easy way to convert:

a. Through website (http://www.rapidtables.com/convert/power/mW_to_dBm.htm) as
bellow

b. Through mobile app Covert dB for android
