Subject: Concerning About Application Fee

I am Kelali Mehari from Ethiopia, Africa, I graduate last year from Haramaya University by the
department of Food Science and Post-harvest Technology with CGPA 3.94 and I win a Gold
Medal from the university by academic achievement .I am applying for KU LEUVEN University
through scholarship. As Ethiopia is one of the developing countries in Africa which has very less
access of free education, without application fee. Therefore I kindly report that I am applicant for
the Ku Leuven scholarship without the application fee.
