Why are we shrinking?

Humans are shrinking 10% become smaller and shorter than their hunting ancestors from 200.000
years ago. This is happened because there are several factors, which are:

 First : Human's activity was switched from hunting to farming, because the foods are become
more plentiful;
 Second : Linked to probable shortage of micronutrients, such as the vitamins and minerals are
essential to growth;
 Third : The heavy reliance on rice and maize caused nutritional diseases, which limited normal
growth in children;
 Fourth : The change was more as result of different lifestyle demands;
 Fifth : The dominant class took more than their fair share of the produce, leaving others short of
food.

Besides shrinking the body of humans, the brain also got shrinking, which the factor is researchers
claim that our brains have got smaller because of the need to save energy for the increased number of
tasks that we're required to do nowadays. So, our brain got smaller but more efficient than before.
