To achieve efficiency in the supply chain, good logistics management is necessary. As for

international logistics, which is the movement of goods and services that place the product on the

world market; the result of this logistic process is the so-called DFI (international physical

distribution.

With the development of this evidence, we realize that there are several laws to consider, at the

time of importing or exporting, we must carry out an exhaustive investigation, to know what laws

may or may not favor us when negotiating.
