Ms. Xyren Shaine Alingay Carino, daughter of Mr. Kyle Carino and Mrs. Candee Carino, is
diagnosed to be suffering from Epilepsy and is having her monthly maintenance and check up
every three months, aside from her sessions with a developmental specialist.
In line with this, her family is appealing to your compassionate side for a voluntary donation of
any amount to at least reduce the financial burden of family, as her father is also having his
maintenance for his gout arthritis.
Attached is a photocopy of her medical certificate for further reference.
