Note:

 The evaluation of Project work shall be done in the respective semester and marks shall
be allotted as per the students’ performance.
 There shall be twelve assessments by the allotted guide during the project period. The
student shall make the presentation on the progress before the review committee.
 The Project Report prepared according to approved guidelines and duly signed by the
Head of the department shall be submitted to the Head of the Institution.
 The evaluation of the Project work will be based on the submitted report and a Viva Voce
examination by the team consisting of Guide, Internal Examiner and External Examiner.
 If the student fails to obtain 50 % of the internal assessment, he/she will not be permitted
to submit the final Project Report for that particular semester and need to re-enroll for the
same.
 If the student failed to submit the Project Report on the target date, he/she is deemed to
have failed in Project work and shall re-enroll for the same.
 A copy of the submitted Project Report after the successful completion of viva
examinations shall be kept in the library of the college.
 Student should maintain work diary to record the progress of the project work.
 Student should submit work diary to the guide on each scheduled review date.
 Internal mark is evaluated based on the review performance of the student.
 Student should get approval from the internal guide (College) and external guide
(Industry) for their work progress.
