Checklist of Documents for PG Medical Counselling

At the time of counseling, the candidates must have original copies of the following with them.

1. Entrance Examination Admit Card

2. Original mark sheet of SLC / Class 10 / matriculation

3. Original mark sheet of I. Sc. or Class XII of 10+2 system or A level or equivalent examination.

4. Original certificates and mark sheets/ transcripts of MBBS or equivalent medical degree for
MD/MS.

5. Migration certificate (MBBS).

6. Character certificate (MBBS).

8. Original Certificate of registration with the medical council/accreditation body in their

respective country

9. Candidate applying for clinical subjects must produce one-year work experience certificate
for open category and two years for government sponsored category at the time of PG medical
counseling.

10. Any candidate who has been working in hospitals under Ministry of Health must show
original from the Ministry of Health at the time of application. Likewise, candidates working in
other Public or private Institutions should also submit "No Objection Letter" from their current
institution/employer. No other letters will be entertained.

11. All candidates who have graduated under Nepal Government scholarship must produce
release letter issued by the Government of Nepal.
