ASSIGNMENT 3 (Homework 4)

NOTE : For the  first two problems you have to give as many solutions as you can come up with, so
put on your thinking caps. You have to submit a report for the same. Also submit the 
scripts/codes for the same. No restrictions, use anything you want to use. Have fun.

Q1) Write a program which estimates the maximum number of processes that your system can
accommodate.

Q2) Write a program which estimates the time slice length on your machine.
