3 - 5 litres Water Everyday intake

BREAKFAST

BOILED EGGS - 3 (SALT & PEPPER CAN BE ADDED)

GREEN TEA(Hot water) - 1 (NO SUGAR OR HONEY)

LUNCH

BOILED EGGS - 3 (SALT & PEPPER CAN BE ADDED)

APPLE - 1

GREEN TEA(Hot water) - 1 (NO SUGAR OR HONEY)

EVENING

APPLE - 1 OR CARROT 1 (SALT & PEPPER CAN BE ADDED)

GREEN TEA(Hot water) - 1 (NO SUGAR OR HONEY)

DINNER

OATS - 5 Table Spoon

1/2 Cup Milk

1 1/2 Cup Water

1 tea spoon sugar (Not more than that)

5 mins boiling time

add one slice apple for taste

(no banana and apricot added ever)

5 Badams - Sliced

1 teaspoon (no more) - HONEY

1 cup hot green tea - 1 hour before sleep
