As I submit my compositions (further “compositions”) to the Wiener Symphoniker, I hereby
declare that:
1) I have read the Competition Regulations and I declare to comply with them,
2) I am the only author and I have all the rights – property and personal – to the compositions,
3) I agree to processing of the personal data that I have submitted by Wiener Symphoniker in
accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the applicable Austrian
Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz – “DSG”) as necessary for participation in the
Competition, and I declare I am aware of the fact that:
b) aforementioned personal data will be processed for the purposes connected with the
organisation of the Competition and will not be shared with subjects other than Organiser,
c) I have the right to share aforementioned personal data and to correct it.
