the provisions of the confidentiality policy:I will not disclose to any third party or use any confidential
knowledge or information, trade secrets, intellectual property rights, customer information, supplier or price
lists, financial, trading or any other information about the interests of the Company, nor make or possess
without written authority copies of documents or other media on which such information is recorded during
my employment with the company, and thereafter.
