IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. The aims and objects of this association are to protect the rights of the citizens of the Republic
of India to keep and bear arms as per Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.

2. The administration and management of the Association is carried out by the Governing Body
which can appoint various Sub-committees for the purpose.

3. The classes of Membership and fees are as follows:

(a) Annual Members: FREE MEMBERSHIP till APRIL 2011

4. All Correspondence will be made in the name of Secretary General. The National Association
for Gun Rights India, G-6, Gupta Apartment, K-138, Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110 019.

5. Annual fees will be sent to office address by 1st April each year in advance or any other date
that may be fixed in future without awaiting reminders.

6. A member shall cease to be a member of NAGRI as per Rules and Regulations of NAGRI

7. Members will be entitled to voting right for electing their Association representatives to the
General Body only on completion of one year period from the date of their enrolment.

8. If any declaration given by any member - at the time of applying for membership - is found to
be false, such member shall cease to be members with immediate effect.
