Questions to help get you thinking:
Why these eating establishments? What makes you keep coming back? What do they offer that attracts you? Do you always get the same item(s)? What makes them unique?
Explain and analyze the restaurant:
What is the underlining defining features, philosophy and/or concept of the restaurant? o ie- health, fast, themed, sustainability, vegan, plant based… What type of service is it? Counter service? Drive through? Table service? o How is the customer service that is given to you by the employees? Is that something that strengthens your loyalty to the restaurant? Discuss the décor, ambiance, and menu o Is this a factor that plays into your loyalty? What are the prices like? o Does this drive your loyalty or is it not a focus when it comes to eating here? What technology is available? Do you use the technology?
