Dear For. Digamo,

This pertains to the Dry Land (Hill) Quarry Extraction Project of PAZ,
VDA, DE DEL ROSARIOA at Sitio Danao, Palabucan, Libona, Bukidnon that
was stopped due to some issues and concerns arises during the operation.
After all the investigations and hearings conducted, the area of operation
was legally claimed by the undersigned.

Relative to this I would like to request for cancelation of

Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) issued to PAZ, VDA, DE Del
ROSARIO with ECC no. 10(13) 00 10-31 1677-22360 issued last October
31, 2000.
