1. Earth work execution in ordinary soil for the column pits. Pits size is 4’0”*4’0”*5’0”.size
and depth may change as per structural advice.

2. Supplying river sand filling in foundation for the column pits.- Height??

3. PCC 1:4:8 of cement concrete in foundation use 1.5:G.B. metal for the column pits.
Thickness is 0’6”.-TMT Band Name

4. RCC column footing for foundation RCC 1:2:4 with tensile reinforcement use 20mm
G.B.metal pedestal rod is 10 dia on both side 5” c/c cement make-Ultra
Tech/Coromandal Super Strong

5. RCC column 1:1:5:3 with reinforcement use 20mm G.B. metal.

(a) Groundfloor column size is 0’9”*0’9” reinforcement.

6. RCC plinth beam 1:2:4 mix with tensile reinforcement connection all columns. Size of
beam is minimum 0’9”*1’0” reinforcement.

7. Brick work in foundation up to basement level (3, 0” feet from existing road level) wall
in CM 1:5 with well burn bricks.

8. Filling the basement inside using pit sand and other soil consolidation, Ramming etc.,
complete.-Savudu manal

11. Filling river sand for basement in 0’6”thickness.

12. Flooring concrete in PCC 1:4:8 using 1.5” G.B. Metal 0’4” thickness.

13. Brick work in superstructure 0’9” wall in CM1:6 and 4.5” wall in CM 1:4 with stock
bricks.-Chamber Brick to be verified

(a) Sill level is 3’0” feet.

(b) Lintel level is 7’0”.

(c) Roof level is ground floor 10’0”.

14. Laying RCC lintel Complete concrete over the doors, windows & ventilators in 1:2:4 mix
using G.B Metal with tensile reinforcement.

15. Providing RCC loft & sunshade in 1:2:4 with tensile reinforcement using 20mm
G.B.metal

16. RCC roof beam 1:2:4 mix with reinforcement using 20mm G.B.metal.

17. RCC roof slab and balcony slab in 1:2:4 mix with reinforcement using 20mm G.B. metal
4.5” thickness slab.

18. Main door teak wood frame and shutter with standard hardware’s fitting with varnish
fitting, Lock-godrej fitting.

19. In other door 2nd class teak wood framed branded flush door with standard fittings.

20. In window upvc or second teak framed and shutters with glazing, fixed mild-steel grills
with standard fittings as per approval model. -Designer glass with design mild steel frame
work with Teak wood frames

21. Construction of staircase with grill hand railing, Staircase riser is 0’6” and tread in
0’10”.- Staircase with Stainless steel hand railing as per customer choice and all steps to
be granite layed.

22. Inner plastering smooth finishing in cm 1:3 with ¾” average thickness, wall plastering
inside and outside cm 1:5 with ½” average thickness.- to confirm with Mr. Murali

23. Flooring tiles with approval colour for flooring and skirting in all rooms. With Marble
/Marbonite tiles only selected by customer cost Rs 90 Per sqft.-extra at customer cost..

24. In toilet colour ceramic tiles up to roof level in walls, colour ceramic tiles for flooring
Rs.50/-

25. Colour ceramic tiles over the counter walls in kitchen for 3’0” height Rs.45/-

26. Built in cupboard with all over with Granite Stone and all cupboards should be bordered
with Granite Stone.

27. Kitchen platform countertop polished black granite (SS sink).-Colour and Selection will
be done by customer

28. Parapet walls in brick in cm 1:6, 3.6’ height from the top of the roof slab.-to be finalised
29. Painting full birla white putty with two coats asian royale over primer coat interior walls,
emulsion paint asian for finishing for exterior walls with primer for approval colour.

30. Painting for joineries with one coat primer and 2 coats of enamel Asain paints approval
colour.

31. PVC standard ISI concealed with supply piping and waste water line with standard
ceramic fixtures and chromium plated fittings.

(a) E.W.C. or I.W.C. - 1 No. [CERA’,PARRY]

(b) Wash hand basin - 1 No. [CERA PARRY’s]

(c) Hot & cold connections - 1 No. [Metro] or Waterman for each toilet.

32. Providing Electrification in concealed ISI copper wire (ORBIT or KUNDAN) finolex
make with metal boxes and legrand modular switches with MCB for each bed room
provision to ELCP in each portion. (3 phase wiring).with d.p. box at each flat.

33. Centralised Electric main board at common area with main meter and individual meters.

34. Commen area lighting will be provided at steps and car parking.

(i) Hall & Dining
