The following are the six phases of managerial grid training programme:

1. Step one or step consists of seminar training. Seminars are usually said for up to a week.
Through seminars members learned about their own concept and style statement. This will help
them evaluate their management style. It also comforts them advance their skills within their
group. They develop problem-solving techniques and improve their own grid program.

2. The second phase gives more stress to the team's development. Teams made up of managers
make the essential efforts to prepare plans to reach point D or 9.9 management styles. Through
this they learned how to build good relationships with their subordinates and to develop the skill
of communicating with other members of the organization.

3. The third stage is the development of intergroup for taming coordination between the various
departments of the organization. Participants learned to develop problem-solving techniques.

4. The fourth stage deals with the creation of perfect models of models. Managers and their
immediate subordinates are side by side, formulating goals, testing and evaluating them. The
superiors gained knowledge by reading books. They prepare the perfect strategy for the
organization.

5. The fifth stage refers to the achievement of the goal. Teams of different departments make a
survey of the resources available to the departments or may be obtainable to achieve the goals
of the organization.

6. The sixth deals with evaluating programs and to see if necessary changes or adjustments can
be made for implementation. The managerial grid method is quite multifaceted and its benefits
cannot be envisioned immediately, therefore its analysis can be done after a comparatively long
