Environment:

Host: ABMLLDARCHIVESRV

ACTIVITY STEPS:

Note: Ensure FULL DB and Binary Backup before the activity.

STEP 1:

Once we get confirmation from Linux team, bring down the all DB services

STEP 2:

Relink the binary post OS upgrade:

 Set the Proper ORACLE_HOME to RDBMS HOME PATH


 export ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/ora11std/apps
 export PATH= =$ORACLE_HOME/bin:$PATH.
 Stop all oracle instances accessing this ORACLE_HOME, listener and sqlplus in case if any.
 $ORACLE_HOME/bin/relink all

STEP 3:

Start the DB services.

STEP 4:

Perform DB sanity check.
