NO SMILING ICEBREAKER

Material:
participant's mobile phone

1. Assemble small group in a circle


2. Ask them to bring out their mobile - activate smart camera
3. INSTRUCTIONS - Tell them:"At the start of the game - all participants are NOT
allowed to smile for the next five (5) minutes or less.
4. If you see a smile (anyone who smiles with their "teeth showing" should be
captured with a photo.
5. Participant with the most pictures taken is the winner. Optional: You can have
the "loser" perform a "consequence"
6. Variation: To get more laughs, place them "uncomfortably closer" to each other

BALANCING ACT

Material:
1 Pingpong Ball
1 Pingpong racquet
1 1/2 foot stick
1 small waterbottle, little water inside

1. In a given category, team names as many valid answers they can while one member
volunteer performs an act:

a. Bouncing a pingpong ball on one hand while on one foot and another hand akimbo
(holding your waist)
b. Balancing a stick on your hand on a half a newspaper area
c. Holding an almost empty bottle of water on your forehead (optional: on one foot)

SHOUTOUT: "PEER PRESSURE"

No Material Needed

1. Demonstrate:

Ask volunteer to standup


Ask other participants to form a "megaphone" with both hands infront of their mouth
and shout to the volunteer,
"Hey/Yo/Wassup, [Pidru]"

As a non-standing volunteer to shout a verb - volunteer is supposed to perform


until the entire group claps.
"Dance"
"Sing"
"Jump"
"Laugh"
"Cry"
Others

Guy or gal who finishes - gets to choose who goes next or tell the next volunteer
what to do.

SPAGHETTI YO!

Material:
Cooked Spaghetti without the sauce
Plastic plates

1. Form teams of 6-8 member groups


2. Ask them to form into pairs.
3. Ask one volunteer to each group and act as "aide"
4. Hand small plastic plates of cooked spaghetti per pair group

5. Across the room, place a "marker" for each group

6. In a relay, groups must form a pair to walk sideways to touch the "marker" -
without breaking or touching the spaghetti. If they do, they start again from the
starter line

7. Make sure you play music that is fast-paced and designed to make people move
faster.

8. First group who finishes or does best 2 relays, if time permits, is the winner

1. Instruct participants to form a circle


2. One participant holds a "marker" and starts by thinking of three-words that
makes an "outrageous" description of a fictitious or funny event
3. After participant comments, passes the marker to the next person and thinks of
another "crazy" idea to continue the flow
4. Person who does not give a "passing" input shall be given a "consequence"

MY FAVORITE LOVE SONG

1. Give a piece of paper for participant to write.


2. Write your favorite love song on your paper. Fold and gather in a container.
3. Collect and place in middle of the room.
4. Ask participant to read one note and guess whose song it is.
5. If correct person identified sings it. If incorrect person - he/she sings the
song chosen.

Optional: Karaoke version on video will be played along

ROCK-PAPER-SCISSOR
Larger Than Life

1. Group teams in two.


2. First team to score best of five wins.
3. Teams will face opposite (or back-to-back) each other conceal the move - have to
generate a big move before asking teams to turn around
4. On facilitator's signal - face opposing team.
5. Variation: Sound can be used to amplify movement
